Particular attention is given to the SIZE DESIGN.
We receive every day from our customers as starting point drawings 2D or simple samples
for reference. Utilizing our 8 CAD-CAM stations, we begin the “size design”, creating 3D
models to show to our customer for his final approval, following specifications required by the customer itself.
We can make use of one scanning machine Renishaw for digitalizing and importation of data
from models received directly from our customers. Necessary factors to be considered are
the weight of bottle, choice of thermoplastic material to be used, calculation of the volume,
verification of irregular shrinkage of the plastic material.
Since 25 years ARTIGIANA STAMPI SRL has appropriated all above, increasing its own
archive files, and has got a considerable knowing in the blowing field, maturing an experience
developing into a complete cooperation with the customer, still at marketing stage. A change
of ideas in continuos evolution, in order to suggest those necessary modifications that will bring
the bottle to satisfy all technical requirements and the customer to achieve the foreseen target. |
